Christopher Smith is a cannabis brand marketing strategist who joined the industry in 2015 with deep experience in brand development, strategic communications, content and storytelling, marketing, advertising, and public relations.
He has a unique and ROI-driven story to tell.
Prior to joining the cannabis industry in 2015, Smith spent 30 years in disruptive industries such as technology, sustainable development, renewable energy, in addition to cannabis / hemp. He is the strategic advisor to a Middle Eastern country in development of its hemp industry; a marketing director for cannabis and ancillary companies; a Participating Member of the American Society for Testing & Materials (ASTM) in developing its international symbol for intoxicating cannabinoids; a news presenter on The State of Cannabis News Hour, Weed Talk News and Green Rush Live; and founder and publisher of The American Cannabis Report, an independent advocacy platform.
